Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • "Designer" refers to Crafti Corgi Ltd.

  • "Client" refers to the individual or business engaging Crafti Corgi Ltd for services.

  • "Project" refers to the agreed scope of design work.

  • "Deliverables" refers to the final design files provided to the Client.

2. Scope of Work

All work will be carried out in accordance with the agreed brief, proposal, or statement of work. Any additional work outside of this scope may incur additional fees and require a separate agreement.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to the release of final deliverables.

  • No final files will be delivered until full payment has been received.

  • Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 5% per month.

4. Revisions and Approval

  • A reasonable number of revisions will be included as agreed at the start of the project.

  • Additional revisions beyond this may be charged at an hourly or fixed rate.

  • Once the Client approves final designs, any further changes will be treated as a new project or charged additionally.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide clear briefs, feedback, and required content in a timely manner

  • Ensure they have the rights to use any materials supplied to the Designer

  • Review and approve work promptly to avoid delays

Delays in communication may impact timelines and delivery dates.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

  • Full ownership of final deliverables transfers to the Client only after full payment has been received.

  • Crafti Corgi Ltd retains the right to showcase all completed work in portfolios, on the website, social media, and for self-promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Assets

Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, illustrations, etc.) may be subject to separate licensing. The Client is responsible for purchasing appropriate licenses unless otherwise agreed.

8. Cancellation and Termination

  • If the Client cancels a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Additional charges may apply depending on the amount of work already completed.

  • Crafti Corgi reserves the right to terminate a project if there is a breach of these terms or unreasonable conduct.

9. Delivery and File Formats

Final deliverables will be provided in agreed formats. Editable/source files (e.g. AI, PSD) are not included unless explicitly agreed and may incur an additional fee.

10. Liability

Crafti Corgi Ltd will not be held liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the design work

  • Errors or omissions once final designs have been approved by the Client

The Client assumes full responsibility for final usage.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Rush Fees

Expedited work or projects with tight deadlines may incur additional charges, which will be agreed in advance.

14. Kill Fee

In the event that a project is cancelled or paused by the Client after work has commenced, a kill fee will apply based on the stage of completion:

  • Up to 25% completed: 25% of remaining project fee

  • 25% to 50% completed: 50% of remaining project fee

  • Over 50% completed: 75-100% of remaining project fee (at Designer’s discretion based on work completed)

The initial deposit remains non-refundable.

15. File Storage Policy

Crafti Corgi Ltd will retain project files for 6 months after project completion. After this period, files may be permanently deleted. Retrieval requests within this timeframe may be subject to an administrative fee.

16. Communication

Standard working hours and reasonable response times apply. Ongoing or excessive communication outside agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

17. Branding Usage Guidelines

Where branding assets are provided, the Client is responsible for ensuring correct usage. Crafti Corgi Ltd is not liable for misuse or modification outside provided guidelines.
