Why a Strong Designer / Client Relationship is the Key to Great Design

At Crafti Corgi, we believe great design starts with great communication. Whether it's a new logo, a brand refresh, or social media graphics, a successful project hinges on a solid relationship between client and designer. As a freelance graphic designer in Surrey, I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients and have learned that the magic happens when trust, communication, and collaboration come together.

It's All About Understanding the Brief

Every project starts with a brief — your vision, goals, and expectations laid out clearly. At Crafti Corgi, I take the time to dig deep into your brand and business needs so that I can translate your ideas into designs that are both beautiful and effective. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. It’s a tailored approach that puts your goals at the heart of everything I create.

Revisions? Bring Them On!

Let’s face it — sometimes it takes a few rounds to get everything just right. That’s why I never put a hard cap on revisions. My goal is to hit the brief perfectly, and if that means tweaking colours, fonts, or layouts multiple times, then that’s what we’ll do.

You won't find a “that’ll cost extra” attitude here. My process is about refining and collaborating until you’re proud to show off your new design — whether it’s your brand’s identity or your latest marketing material.

Clear Communication from Day One

I don’t believe in design done in a vacuum. You’ll be part of the journey from initial sketches to final delivery. I offer check-ins, previews, and always encourage feedback. It’s your brand, after all — and I want to make sure it feels like you.
